  • Minimum Age: 18 years old – Must be able to read and write English. Must be a citizen or legal
    permanent resident of the United States.
  • Residency: Resident or a resident of a county in Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wisconsin and list the Minnesota County he or she will be filing in upon receiving their commission.

  • Commission Term: 5 year

  • Application Fee: $120

  • Must be able to read & write English.
