Pennsylvania Notary requirements:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years old

  • Residency: Resident of or have a place of employment or practice

  • Bond Required: $10,000 for the 4-year commission term

Step by Step instructions on how to become a Pennsylvania Notary

3. Once it’s approved with the state, they will send your commission certificate.
