Nationwide Notary Bond handles returns on a case-by-case basis; our goal is to make every client happy. We stand behind our bonds, services, & supplies. We want customers to be satisfied with them. Returns for bonds can only be made if the bond was not emailed or given by NNB Agency to the purchaser. If the bond is issued, the bond is “live†and cannot be refunded or deleted. The same applies to the application & filing fee. The filing fee refund is used to stop payment on the check issued to the SOS office. All Supplies -will be refunded 100% if they have not been ordered after receiving the commission certificate.
